By accessing the Clarity platform, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on Clarity's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

Clarity operates on a subscription-based model. Billing cycles are established at the point of registration and are charged automatically via your selected payment method.

Account cancellations must be processed via the Dashboard settings at least 24 hours prior to the next billing interval to avoid automatic renewal of the following cycle.

While Clarity utilizes sophisticated algorithmic analysis for recipe costing and inventory management, the platform is an optimization tool, not a legal or financial auditor.

The materials on Clarity's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Clarity makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability.
